What is the return policy?

Our goal is to make every one of our customers happy with their purchase. We will do everything we can to make you satisfied with your purchasing experience.

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less the shipping fee.

Return in a well-packed box with your name, address, phone number, and order number, if available. Do not send in a manila envelope or other packaging that the Post Office or shipper will damage. 

​Important: Save your return tracking number until your refund has processed into your credit card account.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a quicker refund. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in the United States. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are the highest quality and a great value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. If your order total is $100.00 or more, you receive free standard shipping.
